2020 was a fantastic year, huh?

Many people can’t wait for 2020 to be over and for a new year to begin. But who’s to say 2021 is going to be better, easier, or more fluid than 2020? There are still a lot of unknowns and uncertainties.

Of course it makes sense to wash our hands, not be in large, packed crowds, and protect the elderly and immunocompromised, but what is the downside to making your body as resilient and adaptable as possible? What is the downside of optimizing your Vitamin D levels and exercising every day?
