The next thing you need is to EXECUTE that plan.
You need to plan your execution, and execute your plan. Execution is everything. THIS is the missing link in most people’s journey to have better health or better anything in their lives.
Lastly, you need RESILIENCE.
In life, “stuff” happens. We don’t want it to happen. We don’t like it when it happens, but it happens. We have to have the resilience to bounce back and stay consistent with our plan.
Resilience is the hidden key that ties all successful people together.
It is the ability to adapt to the changes and stresses that life throws at us and bounce back stronger than we were before.
Resilient people are the healthiest, happiest, and most fulfilled people I know.
